Accompanying is different from intervening.
I am an integrative therapist and facilitator. I accompany people through moments of transition, searching and transformation, integrating listening, spirituality, energy practices and self-knowledge tools.
How I work
I like to accompany processes. To know your story. To understand the moment you are in. To observe with you what is changing. To talk about the insights that appear. To notice difficulties. To celebrate progress. To reorganise the path when needed.
It is a relationship built over time. That is why, before beginning any journey, we talk about your present moment, your story, what you are looking for and which other professionals are already part of your care.
You don't need to arrive knowing which session you need. You can simply arrive telling me what you are living. From there, we begin.
Spirituality in practice
For me, spirituality is also built in everyday life. When that is the path that makes sense for a person, I can teach practices such as creating and caring for a personal altar, prayers, cleansing the home, baths, protective practices, connection with the elements, journaling, meditation and small rituals of presence.
The intention is that you do not depend on being in a ceremony, a retreat or a session to reach your spirituality. You begin to build your own practices and to discover what truly makes sense for you.
Where my work is built
My practice is also built through the communities and spaces I am part of. I am a co-founder of Casa Akueran and I take part in the work of Manawa Cacau and Xamanismo Sete Raios, where I also work as a therapist and facilitator.
These experiences are part of my living formation and of the way I understand spirituality, community, care and presence.
Credentials give the work context. They are not the message.
- Degree in Social Communication and a postgraduate degree in Global Management.
- A professional path in communication, events and projects.
- More than ten years of integrative and spiritual study and practice.

- Mazatec Apprenticeship Program, expected to conclude in 2029.
What this work is not
I do not replace the doctor, the psychologist or any other professional involved in your care. I work in a complementary way, respecting the limits of each field and, whenever needed, encouraging dialogue with the team responsible.

Before any ongoing work there is an initial conversation of up to 30 minutes. A first meeting of listening, so I can understand the moment you are living and we can understand together which path makes sense.
