Who is responsible

The controller of the data is Elini Maria, who personally conducts the sessions and the contact with those who arrive through the site.

For any privacy matter, the contact is the same channel used to reach her, shown on the contact page.

Which data is collected

This site has no account area, login or cart. There are two forms: one to request the initial 30-minute conversation and another to share a testimonial. What you send through them is stored in a private database, on the infrastructure that hosts the site, with access restricted to Elini Maria.

• While browsing: aggregated technical audience data, such as approximate country, device type, page visited and traffic source. It does not identify you individually.
• When requesting a conversation: name, city and country, the reply channel you chose (email or WhatsApp) with the corresponding contact, your interest, your preferred format and your message, if you write one. This is used only to reply to your request. The form does not ask for health information, and sending it does not add you to any list.
• When sharing a testimonial: full name, email, the experience you took part in, city and country (if given), the testimonial itself, the form of identification chosen, the photo (if sent) and your choice about publication. Full name and email are for internal use. The testimonial is published only with your authorisation and after approval, with the identification you chose.
• When clicking a WhatsApp button: you are taken to WhatsApp and the conversation continues there. From that point on, the data is whatever you choose to send in the conversation.
• When sending a message: name, phone number and whatever you share, processed only to reply and to conduct the work.

Cookies and measurement

This site uses no advertising cookies, does no profiling and shares no data with social networks for advertising purposes. That is why there is no cookie banner here.

Audience measurement is done with a tool that uses no cookies and creates no persistent visitor identifiers. The numbers are aggregated and serve only to understand which pages are read.

Legal basis and purpose

The data you send when getting in touch is processed to answer your request and, where ongoing work follows, to conduct it — which corresponds to the performance of a contract and to steps taken at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract, alongside the legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functioning.

Publishing a testimonial depends on your consent, given in the form itself, and that consent may be withdrawn at any time.

No data is used for advertising, sold to third parties or used to build commercial profiles.

Who data is shared with

Data is not sold or passed on to anyone. The site and the forms run on Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes visits and stores requests as a service provider, without using them for any other purpose. Message conversations happen in the application you chose, each with its own policy.

Requests, testimonials, conversation records and session notes are accessible only to Elini Maria.

For how long

Conversation requests that do not lead to ongoing work are kept only as long as needed to reply and arrange the conversation, and are deleted within 12 months. Records tied to ongoing work are kept for the duration of the relationship and for the period required to meet legal obligations.

For testimonials, the text sent, the date, the form of identification and the authorisation are kept on record while the testimonial is under review or published, as proof of consent.

You may request deletion at any time, except for what the law requires to be kept.

Confidentiality

Sessions are held with respect for each person's story. No client process, account or material is used publicly without express consent.

Testimonials published on this site were authorised by those who wrote them.

Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, portability, anonymisation, restriction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis of processing. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country.

To exercise any of these rights, simply ask through the same contact channel. A reply is given as soon as possible.

International transfer

The infrastructure that serves this site and stores what is sent through the forms is globally distributed, which may mean processing and storage outside your country, under the provider's contractual safeguards.

Minors

This site and the work presented here are addressed to adults. There is no intentional collection of data from children or adolescents.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page changes with it. Significant changes are signalled visibly.
