This notice describes what this work is and what it is not. It applies to every page of this site.
Integrative and complementary work
Elini Maria's work is integrative and complementary in nature. It does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care, addiction treatment or emergency support when these are needed.
Nothing here constitutes a diagnosis, a prescription, a therapeutic indication or a promise of results.
Preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences
The preparation and integration of psychedelic experiences are educational, reflective and harm reduction in nature.
They do not involve prescribing, providing, selling or pointing to substances, give no guidance on where to obtain them, and do not include guiding any experience.
No content on this site should be read as encouragement to use illicit substances.
Do not interrupt treatment
No information on this site should lead you to interrupt, change or replace medication, therapy or treatment already under way. Changes of that kind belong exclusively to the professional responsible.
In an emergency
If you are in immediate danger, in acute distress or thinking of hurting yourself, seek emergency care or a crisis support service in your country now. This site is not a crisis channel and has no continuous availability.
In Brazil, the Centro de Valorização da Vida answers on 188, 24 hours a day, and the emergency medical service on 192.
Individual responsibility
Choices about one's own life, health and practices remain with the person making them. This work offers listening, context and presence — it does not decide for anyone and takes no responsibility for decisions made outside the meetings.
