Integrative Follow-up

Individual support across a process

For some moments, a single session is not enough. They ask for accompaniment.

What it is

A continuous space for listening, reflection and integration for what emerges over the weeks.

My role is to walk beside you, respecting my field of practice and working in a complementary way with the other professionals involved when needed.

Who it is for

  • For those going through transition, grief, exhaustion or a major life change.
  • For those who want to reconsider habits and build a more conscious relationship with behaviours or substances.
  • For those already under medical or psychological care who are looking for complementary integrative support.
  • For those who need to rebuild routine, self-care and presence.
  • For those seeking a closer relationship with their own spirituality.

How it happens

The support is continuous and the rhythm is agreed between us, from what your process asks for — not from a fixed calendar.

Many people arrive referred by doctors, therapists or other professionals already leading a specific part of the process. When that is the case, I encourage dialogue with the team responsible.

What to expect

A place for what appears between one meeting and the next: the insights, the difficulties, the progress and the decisions that arise along the way.

I do not replace the doctor, the psychologist or any other professional involved in your care. I work in a complementary way, respecting the limits of each field.

Where it begins

You don't need to arrive knowing what you need.

Before any ongoing work there is an initial conversation of up to 30 minutes. A first meeting of listening, so I can understand the moment you are living and we can understand together which path makes sense.
