Psychedelic Preparation & Integration
Before and after the experience
An individual space for those preparing for a psychedelic experience or wishing to integrate one already lived.
This work is educational, integrative and harm reduction in nature. It does not involve prescribing, providing or selling substances, does not point to where they may be obtained, does not include guiding any experience, and does not replace medical or psychological care when indicated.
Preparation
We work with intention, expectations, fears, personal context, set & setting and harm reduction.
Preparing means, above all, looking honestly at the moment you are in and at what surrounds you — including the possibility that this is not the time.
Integration
We look at what emerged during the experience and at how your insights can find a place in everyday life.
Integration tends to be the most neglected part and the most decisive: without it, what was lived tends to dissolve within a few weeks.
Who it is for
- For those preparing for an experience who want to arrive with context, care and information.
- For those who lived something intense and do not know what to do with what remained.
- For those taking part in a protocol accompanied by a qualified professional and seeking a complementary space for reflection and integration.
The limits of this work
There is no prescribing, providing, selling or pointing to substances, and no experience is guided by me.
If your moment calls for specialised clinical care, I say so clearly — and, when it makes sense, I help organise the referral.
You don't need to arrive knowing what you need.
Before any ongoing work there is an initial conversation of up to 30 minutes. A first meeting of listening, so I can understand the moment you are living and we can understand together which path makes sense.
